Wendy Ruocco, CHHP
Wendy is the Lead Nutritionist for CHI. Wendy is also a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition of New York and a Certified Banting Coach. Wendy’s passion is to assist others on their journey to optimal health through understanding one’s body, how to respond to its signals and heal oneself through appropriate measures. Wendy and her husband Ralph Ruocco, CHI’s Executive Chef, are a dynamic duo that inform healthy cooking with skills acquisition, useful tools and simple meals management methods. Wendy has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry as a sales director and catering manager.
