Ralph Ruocco
Ralph is the Executive Chef for CHI. Ralph holds an Associates of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors of Science in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Ralph has over 20 years’ experience in training and managing fellow chefs and staffers, increasing corporate efficiencies and overseeing operations as well as directing and increasing sales. Ralph and his wife, Wendy apply their respective passions for food and meals management within their own household and thoroughly enjoy being able to change lives by sharing their talents with others.
