Cera Fooks

Cera Fooks, MPH

Cera completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees within the Department of Health Promotion, Education and Behavior in the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina. Cera’s experience in program planning, implementation and evaluation as well as curriculum development was initially gained through her employment as a Graduate Assistant with Columbia’s Cooking within the Cancer Prevention and Control Program. Cera is expert at tailoring health lessons to individuals of all ages so that they are empowered with appropriate behavior change strategies and applicable tools to realize optimal health. Additional areas of expertise include developing and implementing health and wellness programs focusing on topics such as stress management, sleep, lactation support and employee wellness.
